Thank you for shopping at Iridium® - Business Software Solutions. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with the following guidelines:

Returns with an original register receipt, eReceipt, packing slip, or order confirmation ("Original Receipt"):

Our Brand Promise Iridium® Brand products (excluding our brand Ink and Toner) may be exchanged or returned for a full refund at any time for any reason.

Office supplies (excluding Iridium® Brand products), unopened, may be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 90 days of purchase. For online orders, the date of delivery will be determined as the date of purchase.

All Ink & Toner may be exchanged or returned for a full refund with the Original Receipt and in their original, unopened condition within 30 days of purchase.

Technology and consumer electronic products may only be exchanged or returned for a full refund with the Original Receipt and in like new condition, in their original packaging, with UPC code, within 14 days of purchase. Please remember to remove all personal data from exchanged/returned products. We are not responsible for any personal data left in or on an exchanged/returned product.

Software, CDs, DVDs and video games may be returned for a full refund if in the original, unopened packaging within 14 days of purchase. Opened software, CDs, DVDs and video games may be exchanged for the same item only. Downloadable software purchases are not eligible for return or refund.

Furniture may only be exchanged or returned for a full refund if unassembled and in the original packaging (including all components and manuals) with UPC code within 14 days of purchase.

Holiday Returns Any item purchased between October 1st and December 24th can be returned until January 14th, or as the policy allows (whichever is later).

Catalog and Web Purchases may be returned/exchanged in accordance with this policy in any store or by contacting (763) 559-2258.

Non-Refundable Special Order/Custom items and Manufacturer Direct items cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged upon receipt. Pre-Paid Cards such as Gift Cards and Phone Cards are non-refundable, and cannot be returned or used to purchase other gift cards. Special terms and conditions are included with each card.

Buy Online Pickup in Store Orders Returns and exchanges for buy online pick up in store orders must be completed at the store.

Refund Methods for Returns without an Original Receipt

  • All returns without an Original Receipt require valid government identification.
  • Technology products without Original Receipt are not eligible for return.
  • Software, CDs, DVDs and video games without Original Receipt will be eligible for an exact-item exchange only.
  • All other returns without an Original Receipt for items that are active in our computer system will be refunded in the form of an Iridium® Merchandise Card in an amount equal to the lowest retail price during the preceding 90 days. If that amount is under $10, we will refund in cash. Iridium® - Business Software Solutions reserves the right to request identification or deny any exchange or return.

Iridium® - Business Software Solutions reserves the right to amend these terms at any time and to make exceptions on case-by-case basis.
